About this site
This site is a resource for all things cadet-y. We've got subject notes for self-study, as well as lesson materials for NCOs and staff to use freely. We're trying to make cadet exams easier to prepare for and to teach about. We hope you find us useful!
Use of assets
As we grow, we're trying to take more and more of our own photographs to use in our articles. However, there are some places we either haven't visited yet, or didn't manage to take photos. In these cases, we use photographs from other websites. We always credit the source (hover your mouse over the images to see their source), but if you'd like us to remove an image that you own, please contact us straight away.
If you want to use some of our resources, they're yours for the taking! We only ask that you credit CadetWise, and that you don't use them commercially. Please read the full license. If you modify our resources, we'd love to see what you do with them, so please get in touch!

Limitations of the site
Obviously, there are certain things we won't cover. For example, we have material to help cadets learn the names and function of different parts of the rifle, but we would never dream of trying to teach correct weapon use on a website like this. That's something that needs to be taught by a properly-qualified weapons handling instructor. The same applies for military radio use, and a few other topics.
